Control One is operated by CloudSpaceTechs. We minimise data collection and never sell or share customer data with third parties.
What we collect
- Account data: name, work email, company, role.
- Telemetry (self-hosted): stays in your environment by default. Cloud trials send only platform health pings unless you opt in to product analytics.
- Support communications: emails, chat transcripts, scheduling metadata.
How we use it
To deliver, support, and improve the product. We use legitimate-interest and contractual bases under GDPR; consent for any optional analytics.
Sub-processors
Limited to infrastructure (hosting, email delivery, error reporting). Up-to-date list available on request.
Data subject rights
Email [email protected] for access, correction, deletion, or portability requests. We respond within 30 days.
Retention
Account data is kept for the lifetime of the account plus 12 months. Trial data is deleted within 90 days of trial end.
