These terms govern your use of Control One. By accessing the platform you agree to be bound by them. If you disagree, do not use the platform.
Service
CloudSpaceTechs provides Control One as software (self-hosted) and as a managed service (cloud). Both are subject to these terms.
Acceptable use
No reverse engineering, no using the platform to break the law, no using it to attack systems you do not own or have permission to test. We reserve the right to suspend access for abuse.
Fees
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Self-hosted Starter is free for use up to 50 hosts.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.
Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' written notice if not cured. Data export tools are available to all customers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
